  1. Pre-Rally

    Wednesday, September 30

    Nashville, Tennessee

    Arrival, credentialing and the opening evening. Nothing is rushed; the run begins the moment you hand over the keys.

    • White-glove arrival, credentialing and secure vehicle staging

    • A curated Nashville music event
    • Founder briefing, route etiquette and support-team introductions
    • Evening at one of Nashville's landmark music venues, in a reserved private section
  2. Day 1

    Thursday, October 1

    Nashville → Knoxville → Tail of the Dragon → Asheville

    The signature driving day. An early departure protects the mountain window, and the afternoon belongs to the Smokies.

    • Departure briefing: convoy standards, weather and support check
    • Run east through Tennessee to the foot of the mountain stage
    • Hosted lunch before the climb
    • Tail of the Dragon — US 129, 318 curves in 11 miles, with photo points
    • Regroup at the lake pull-offs below the dam
    • Scenic transfer through the Blue Ridge foothills to Asheville
    • Arrival at a landmark estate property, hosted dinner and evening salon
  3. Day 2

    Friday, October 2

    Asheville → Road Atlanta

    Mountain heritage gives way to endurance-racing culture, and the paddock opens up.

    • Morning briefing and drive south into Georgia racing country
    • Arrival at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta with IMSA credentials
    • Practice and qualifying from credentialed seating
    • Paddock access, garage walks and team conversations
    • Check-in at a luxury resort minutes from the circuit, with free time
    • Vineyard reception, seated dinner and evening salon
  4. Day 3

    Saturday, October 3

    Motul Petit Le Mans

    The ten-hour IMSA season finale, start to night finish, with trackside hospitality all day.

    • Trackside hospitality for the full ten-hour race
    • Paddock access and curated host commentary
    • All-day premium catering and beverage service

    Homeward

    Transfers to the airport, and vehicles loaded for onward transport where you have arranged it. We are glad to help coordinate either.

Timings are indicative and reviewed daily against weather and road conditions. Every mile runs on public roads at legal speeds.
